I'm an ice dancer and b/c of scheduling I don't get to skate as much!.
In one week is ice skate 5hrs and dance for 1hr!.
1'm 5'2 or 62 inches and weigh 110lbs!. My coach said I need to lose weight and build cardio!. My goal is to get to 105lbs and go from there!. I'm not fat but I am curvy!. So what can I do to lose fat and build my cardio fast and safely, also how many calories should I be taking in!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I skate too!!!, but in singles!. And my coach told me I had to lose weight as well, and I have already lost 7 pounds!! What you need to do is definitely run, a lot! This is the best thing for skating I found!. I started running 20 minutes 5 times a day, and trust me, it is sooo much easier for me to get through my program! Also, go to this website! It helped me soooo much because it tells you everything!
