Question: Perfect diet for a fit 16 yr!. old!?
I need to know what kind of diet i should be on i excercise and im 5"6 and weigh 150!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

diet is a pretty emotive word, eating habits or eating plan might be a better way to put it, to keep it simple a low fat low sugar high GI food intake is best plenty of fruit veg and at your age calcium foods to build the bones try researching nutrition and learning how to read food labels when in supermarkets is a good way to go it doesn't need saying but snacking on junk food should be an occasional thing not a regular habit if i have the urge i try to pick the thing i love most and not binge too much (chocolate)

You should probably eat between 1600 and 2000 calories a day if you're trying to lose weight!. But if your muscular and not fat then you should eat 2000-2500 calories a day, and if your exercise routine is very rigorous maybe even 3000!. I'm not to good with food groups, but I just eat a lot of fruits and vegatables and stuff, but be sure to eat good protein, too (like eggs and beans)!. Calcium is pretty important, too, so yogurt, cheese, and milk would be healthy!. Good luck c:Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know whether your a male or female because it differs!.

Follow your healthy food triangle!.

Most importantly eat your breakfast, lunch, and dinner!.

Likely some fruits, juice, or milk in the morning!.

Lunch you would have fruits, vegatables, and some meat!. Or a sandwich!.

Dinner would be good for your mixture of products!.

You r quite fat then, I think vegetables is best, eat 2pcs of apples in every lunch, makes you fuller!. and drink lots of water (10 8oz glass of water) will do just fine!. coz brain needs lots of water too,!. Last, dont forget to eat multivitamin daily, and pleas walk at least 2 miles daily!.
