Improving My Lower Belly Area.?!


Question: Improving My Lower Belly Area!.!?
I am trying to get back into shape and am happy with my results so far!. I walk in the morning and do sit-ups, push-ups, and other lightweight workouts I picked up at home!.

What I am lacking though is an effective lower stomach area workout!. (Belly-Button Area)

Any suggestions!? Would running help!?

Running will only help in that it will help to reduce fat which will 'show' your abdominal muscles more!.

To train them-in that area-hang on a bar and lift your legs until they are straight out in front of you and then slowly lower them back down!.!.!.then slowly straight up, etc!.

Also, get in the push-up stance, but instead of bending your arms to go down into a push up, slowly lift each leg so that you are balancing on only your hands and the toe of one leg-- hold the other leg straight and up slightly behind you for 10 seconds on each side!. Do this until you can do each side 20 times then increase it to 15 seconds and then 20 seconds!.

Reverse curls (legs and butt roll up off floor-instead of lifting head/shoulders) work your belly button area somewhat too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off congrats on getting back in shape!!! it is awesome when you start seeing results!.

I workout at home with program called turbulence training!. i like it a lot because it takes from body weight exercises and cardio and it changes every four weeks so you are always improving!.
