Fiber Intake?!

Fiber Intake?

What do u eat to get 25 grams of fiber daily? (Or what do you suggest I eat) I am really concerned about my fiber intake. It seems that regardless to how much I try to eat I never get enough (based on you know what). What are some thing that have a lot of fiber in one serving because I don't like eating all day just to get in enough fiber (by eating all day I mean fruits and veggies not fatty stuff) I love my veggies but sometimes I get sick of chewing but I have to in order to get in enough fiber. HELP!

Eat high fiber cereals, soy milk, oatmeal, leafy greens, just eat RIGHT and you will get all the nutrients your body needs..stop counting!
