the only true way to loose weight and keep it off, is full on committment- You have to create a continuous exercise routine that works for you and works out all of your different muscle groups!. I think diets are usually ridiculous, but healthy eating is really important!. Just watch what you eat and look out for products containing high sugars/ fats!. Dont forbid your favorite foods becuase that will just make you want it even more, so just eat it in moderation!. Losing weight takes a while, but getting in shape will help you stay that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To lose weight you need to change your lifestyle!. To maintain a healthy weight you need to be consistent in eating healthy foods-staying away from bleached foods and all junk-foods!. Have an exercise regiment and keep them on the same days!. This will train your body and it will also boost metabolism-making you lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I will give you the four tools to doing what you want to do!
1!. when you are hungry, eat
2!. eat what you want, not what you think you should!.
3!. eat consciously (slowly)
4!. when you even think you are full!.!.!. STOP!.

Stay away from sugary colas, dairy and those fast food joints!. I tend not to cook with oils or butter, but instead I use lost of spices to jazz up my dishes!. Take time out to go for a walk or a nice run or better yet jumping rope triggers all areas!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
