Question:

Is it possible to loose 20 lbs by August 20th?

Is it possible to loose 20 pounds by August 20th when I start school. I eat right, do basketball twice a week, and go to the gym three times a week. Plus I'm going to have to take a week off because I'm going on vacation, but if theres a gym in the hotel, I'll be sure to use it.

I don't know, I think I got a little discourages because I stopped working out and eatting right and gained 5 pounds back.

So is it possible, and do you have any tips or something that'll help me out?

You probably can if you dont cheat your diet at all. Stick to what your diet is and you will lose 20 pounds by August 20. Be sure not to eat many fatty foods becaus ethen you will be enjoying the taste a lot and eat it more and more. Chewing gum can help with temptations, if you have any. Just keep active and eat right, you'll lose 20 lbs. in no time. Good luck. =]
