Question: OverWeight or Obese!?
what is the difference between overweight and being obese!? if a person's hips are 50", which one are they!? Would they be considered obese or overweight!? Or, how can a person get a proper hip measurement!? is the measurement where the measuring tape is snug or loose!? How does the person with the 50/51 inch hips help maintain a good self esteem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Currently, overweight is a BMI over 25 while obese is a BMI over 30!. If the person has a 50 inch hip measurement, they are likely obese!. My best suggestion is to get good quality clothing that makes you FEEL GOOD! Don't just settle for anything!. You are far better off with fewer garments that make you feel great, than a bunch of garments that make you look or feel dumpy!. Save the comfy wallowing garments for home!. When you go out, you should look sharp!. Even at home, dress in good, sexy clothing!. You are more important than you hip measurement!Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to maintain good self esteem, either accept the way you look, or do something about it!. i would encourage you to do something about it!. start off with exercising!.!.!. just walk for an hour a day everyday!.!.!. then when you lose a couple of lbs and you gain some endurance, start jogging, or use the eliptical trainer to minimize impact on the knees!.
