I would say walk if your wanting to get healthier, but it all depends on where your going, who ur going to see and what ur wearing!. If ur just going to a mate then walk but if ur going to work or a meeting then take the bus because at a fast but steady pace the walking can make u perspire and u don't want to arrive looking red, hot and sweaty lol x

Most doctors prescribe 2 miles of walking per day throughout out lives to help keep us fit!. That's about 30 minutes!. If you are unable to walk either going to or from work, then the way around this is to either set our half an hour early and walk for 30 minutes along your usual route to work, or, walk for 15 mins in one direction and then back again during your lunch break!.

Do you have to walk fast!?

No a nice steady pace will do!.

Walk if u have the time!.

Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

if u r going out!.!.!.!.i would say walk as it will make you feel energetic and get some fresh air!. walking is the best exercise!. but while coming back, probably you will be tired and exhausted!.!.so take bus back home!.!.!.no harm done !.!.so that way you got your exercise for the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depends on where you're going!. If you are wearing a nice suit or formal clothes with heels, rather take the bus!.
If you're wearing informal clothes and feel comfortable, take the walk!. It will do you good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
