I am 5ft 2 and im still growin though and i have put 7lbs on from christmas till now and im worried, i am 8st 6lbs now!?

If u want to loose weight, for the first you need to avoid JUNK FOODS!.
And do a lot of exercises!. Be active!.
# Eat slowly
# Do not eat before you go to sleep
# Drink a lot of water!.
# Don't have too much of chocolates
# Avoid fatty foods!. like Pizza, egg and Oily foods!.
# Add just one fruit or veggie serving daily!. Get comfortable with that, then add an extra serving until you reach 8 to 10 a day!.
# Eat at least two servings of a fruit or veggie at every meal!.
# Use a salad plate instead of a dinner plate!.

You don't say how old you are, but you did say you are still growing, so I don't think 7 lbs in 5 months is anything to get upset about!. Just be sure you are eating healthy foods and stay away from junk like soda and chips and candy (you can have them occasionally, just be sure they're not on your menu every day!)!. Your body will thank you for giving it healthy options!Www@Answer-Health@Com
your still a healthy weight but to be gaining weight isn't good unless your growing (you may be!. people normally bulk up then grow and slim out)
