Question: Is it better to exercise continuously or to exercise with breaks in between!?

That's fine!. As long as you're doing at least 30 minutes at a time, you'll get your heart working out!. More than 90 minutes at a time would be inadvisable anyway, so that's an ok way to split up the 2 hours!. You COULD also do 60 minute intervals, which might technically be a little better of a workout!. Some of the time is for working up into your target heart rate range, so going for somewhat longer intervals instead means you lose less of the time to working up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If u want to gain weight(Fat mass)then do it with breaks means interval of three to four days!. And if u want to gain muscle mass then do it continuosly!. U do exercise 30 minutes once in day only and need not to do it more than once in a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best bet is to do one long session a week and for the rest of the time take breaks!. Remember it's the quality of your training not the amount which is most important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
