Question: I'm the outcast!.!.and overweight!?
okay, so i'm almost in 8th grade, 5'2", and 160 lbs, and big boned!. i don't think i'm very pretty (but who cares, the personality counts) and i think i'm a bittttt overweight!. i've always been made fun of for not having a real boyfriend!. i'm more of the gal friends for guys!. they always come for me for advice, or to play sports with them!. i'm trying to lose weight to be more "attractive"!. i know, i know!. it's the personality that counts, like i said!. but hey, we all wanna look great now, right!? my goal is to be 135 by the end of the summer!. i'm addicted to soda, which i know is a big problem for this weightloss thing!. i eat 2-4 apples a day, eat boiled chicken quite alot, and i play some basketball when i'm free!. i just wanna look good in that bikini!. ;) any ideas!? i'll cherish you forever if your answer works!. i'll even kiss your bare, dirty feet!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know EXACTLY how you are feeling!. I'm in 8th grade!. That doesn't matter!. Get your personality out there, instead of your beauty!. If you start acting like you raw, people will believe that stuff!. That bikini thing good motivation, stop the soda ! really ! i was addicted to Cola n Sprite, but it broke me out TERRIBLE!. Drink Vitamin waters, Snapples and stuff!. I love it!. I know you want to look great, just keep saying this to yourself "I only get one body!." Keep that in mind to motivate your weight loss!. Drink water everyday, EVERYDAY ! THis will make you look vibrant!.Be yourself!. I'm in an all black class, listen to rock and all sorts of music!. Put them on to the things you love!.

How I got my boyfriend !?!?
Played a game called "Hookey!"
See a Girl n Her best Friend go up to a boy say " do you like her, ask this about a girl he don't like ! then ask if he likes you !(don't be shy)!. He'll love the confidence!. Then on the phone with him!. Stay on the phonet till REALLY late REALLY REALLY late and tell him just how you want your relationship to go!.

How I kept my boyfriend!?
Get mad at him - A LOT!. fake mad of course he'll always pay attention to you!.

hey I am in 8th grade too!. I think u should stop worrying what everyone else thinks!. I think its more fun to just be friends with the guys cuz it doesnt make things awkward and u so do not need to date yet we r supposes to date cuz we r looking for someone to marry and that is way too early! And when ur having a hard time turn to God he is always there!!:)

You are probably beautiful!. Don't let anybody bring you down!. Instead of having soda try flavoured water, instead or chips try flavoured rice cakes!. It is not hard!. Just be yourself and never let anybody change you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please take my advice!. You are only in 8th grade!. You don't need to worry about a boyfriend!. The only reason to lose weight is to be healthy!. You can do that by walking, running, swimming, playing sports, bike riding, or working out on a reasonable schedule!.

You don't have to starve yourself, either!. If you want soda, have 8 oz!. with lunch or dinner once in a while!. Just don't have it all the time!. You can eat foods you like, but eat regular portions and don't overeat!. I lost weight by eating that way, stopping when I was full, and getting some exercise!.

V8 might have a lot of sodium!. Read the label!. You need to eat vegetables and fruits!. There are a lot of them out there so you're bound to find some you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't push the limits of your metabolism and do something stupid like not eat enough to function!. First and foremost you should drop the soda because sugar contributes and you get enough of it in all kinds of other foods anyways!. It may be hard but just do what i do and drink water all the time: it's good for you and you probably don't drink enough of it anyways!. 20 minutes of working out each day is recommended by most any health organization and regardless of age this should be adhered to if you want to lose some weight!. I hate going to a gym and you are probably too young anyways but what I do (i'm a guy but it doesnt matter) is skip rope!. Buy a good skipping rope and try to go non-stop for 15 mins a day, you will feel it in your abs and you will really work out a sweat and it's not even that boring if you throw down a routine (i do like 30 regular skips, then some fast, then cross over then i jump and whip it around twice and do the whole thing over and over again til im gased) make sure u drink lots of water during working out and although you may not want to do it know that it is good for and if u throw on some music it will be over before you know it, plus it works your arms as well and hand eye foot coordination!. Of course exercise is not the only remedy, eating well is key!. People overvalue meat in our society because we "need" protein but in fact we often get much more than we can use!. Incorporate vegetables instead of snacks, have red peppers, or brocoli, cauliflower, string beans, carrots, with a lil low fat dip!. You may not like this stuff but like anything once you have it often you will learn to enjoy it!. Try taking the path of more resistance when walking or going somewhere, lke take stairs instead of the elevator, or walk or bike instead of taking the bus!. All these little steps will contribute to losing one bit at a time!. And if you do all these healthy steps, and you still don't see results don't get discouraged!. Remember you can still eat delicious food but looking on the net for some good recipes is key!. Sweet Chili sauce (found in noodle aisle) is excellent on vegetables or in stir frys which is a hearty delicious healhthy way to go!. Avoid sugar at all costs because you will get it in your cooking (the sauce above) anyways!.!.!.like u can have sugar but there is nothing good for you in soda!.
