Question: A PRETTiER L00K [girls only plz]!?
all my life i've been chuncky, im 16 right now [sophmore]!. im 5 ft 6 in!. about 250 pounds but my height covers some weight!. its not easy living in an enviroment where every corner you turn to you see a skinny girl!. so im off from skool in 3 weeks and im planning to get two jobs!. I drink plenty of water but i see no results!. i dont drink soda [my mom doesnt allow it for me]!.

i want a heathier look for my junior year, i want clothes to fit me with worrying if my butt is too big [my butt is tooo big] or if my thighs are huge [cuz they are]!.!. i want to be healthy for me and i have problems with motivation!. I get really bored excercising, and i dont see results then i see no point to it!.

its hard (if not impossible) to lose weight without changing your diet and exercising!.

as far as exercising goes, find something you love to do, anything and do it often!. cardio work is the best (and fastest) way to loose weight, but you need to do it often and for at least 30 mins a sesssion!. try fast walking outside 4 x a week and change the route up so you do some hills and have different scenery!. try getting a friend to work out with! the best way that i got in shape was by getting a gym membership with my boyfriend!. my boyfriend was there and made me go on the days i didnt want to, and having other people at the gym around me motivated me to work out longer and put more effort into what i was doing!. lets face it, no one really LOVES excercising, but if you want to lose weight, get healthier, and feel better, your gonna have to suck it up and do it!. do you like any sports!? you could possibly join a summer league playing something that you love!. swimming is also great exercise for the whole body, and is fun too! there are tons of things you can do, at home work out videos, running outside, hiking, sports, gyms, etc!.!.!. but the point is, you have do something, and to loose weight and see a difference, i recommend working out at least 5 times a week, for at least 30 mins each!. its not that bad, and if you bring an ipod and a good magazine to the gym, before you know it, an hour or so will fly by!.

as for your diet, drinking lots of water is great!. cutting out sodas, and any processed foods that contain a lot of sodium and sugar is essential!. i recommend eating tons of fruits and veggies and whole grains!. when you feel hungry, dring a glass of water first, and reach for some fresh veggies or protein bar for a snack!. plan out your meals for the day and have them assessible so that when you get the urge to indulge you already have something healthy handy!. get rid of all bad foods in sight so you wont be tempted!. before you know it, you feel much lighter and healthier after eating a salad then a full, yucky feeling after eating greasy processed foods!. the best way to lose weight is really to reduce your caloric intake!. it sucks, but you have to stick it out!.

evaluate your current eating habbits!. get rid of unhealthy, unecessary foods!. make a plan and stick to it!. you cant just "diet" for a month and then go back to your normal eating habits or you'll gain all your weight back!. you have to pick something you can live with and keep it up for a lifetime to maintain it!. if you feel like your not losing any weight or seeing a difference, its probably because 1) your not changing enough!.!.!. reduce your calories more 2) your not exercising enough!. i reduced my calories, and have 6 small meals a day!. that way you keep your blood sugar up, reduced cravings, and felt fuller longer!. eat foods that fuel your body and are good for you!. its ok to eat something you like (dessert, chips, etc) every once in a while in moderation, but remember to stick to your health plan, maybe work out a little more, and dont do it every day!

you really have to want to live healthier and work every day at it!. keep a food jounral and write down your goals, it will make you stick to them better!.

I was fat now I'm thin!.I do diet in your age with dietist contorl!.I drank water 10 glass in a day!.I drank form teas!.I always ate vegetables!.I know that 6 month I didn't eat any fast food!.So eat less!.You cant eat fruit!.For example apple is good one!.Ok!?:)Try!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You said you get bored when exercising, i totally know how you feel!. Have you tried listening to an iPod or other form of music while you're working out!? That really helps me stay focused!. What kinds of workouts have you tried!? Maybe you just haven't found one thats fun for you yet!. Also, there are several video games out there that give you a good work out!. Maybe having a work out in the form of a game would be more interesting to you!? Dance Dance Revolution is a good one, and I've heard Wii Fit is pretty good too!.

Anyway, try cutting out junk food and fast food, and pay attention to your calorie intake!. Try cutting a few hundred out of your daily intake, but NEVER go below 1200, under any circumstances!.

Try walking to work if you can, anything that'll get your heart going will help to get rid of fat!.

get a workout buddy!.!.!.youll be more willing to go work out or go for a walk when you have someone depending on you to exercise with

try to eat the same thing everyday like some cereal in the morning (not too much sugar), a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat for lunch, a healthy snack in the afternoon, then some lean protein like grilled chix and some steamed veggies(they have them in the freezer section now at the supermarket)

also, watching the shows on TLC and discovery health that have ginormours ppl always motivates me to get off the couch and go for a walk/run/jog/ or hikeWww@Answer-Health@Com

im not going to lie to you, you are fat!. you could loose about 100 pounds really!. but your attitude is good and i wish u all the luck in the world for loosing your weight

you need to set yourself a healthy diet, i would recomend the GI diet plan, because you can eat, so you wont feel hungry!.

the 2 jobs is a good idea because that will keep you active and give you the sense of acomplishment!.

as you find exercising boring i would try a few different things, swimming is always fun, especially if you bring some friends (i know you might feel self concious in a swimming costume but you need to get over it!. thats half the battle, sorting out your self esteem)

join the gym, you get too meet other people then with the same goals and ideas, and you can motivate each other!.
in some gyms they have TVs in front of the tread mills, i used to run and watch corrination street, then you get to watch your stories and exercise at the same time so your not bored!.

i mean youre not going to get slim by acident, it takes hard work and stamina, the best way i think is to set yourself goals of how much exercise youre going to do each day and stick to it!.
reward yourself with clothes and shoes!

also try not to eat after 6pm!
