Question: What are some excercises that make your butt smaller and toned!?
Answers:
Stand with a chair about a foot in front of you to where you can just grip with your hands with a slight forward leaning stance!. Stand up with your body straight first then lean over to hold on to the chair!. With you legs together, slowly raise the right backwards and then lower it back down but do not rest it on the floor!. Repeat 9 more times with the right then switch to the left!. The slower you do it the better!. Good Luck!.
You could also google butt toning exercises and you will find some sites with instructions with pics of other ones you could do!.
