Question: What Is the best exercise for a 5'2" and 128 lbs teenage girl to burn more calories!?
What is the best exercise for me to burn more calories!? Rock climbing!? Jump roping!? running!? walking!? Bicycling!? If none of the above!.!.!.please tell me what else is better!? If u have to know how many minutes I will exercise, I have to say about 20-40 min a day!. or sometimes 10-30!. Depends!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

You exercise 20-40 min per day or so!. You're above average!. And at that rate your burn around 1500 calories a day!. Most women should consume between 1200 to 1400 calories per day!. You should already be loosing those extras calories!. The true question is: What do you eat between exercising sessions!? Please check your food i take!. You are within normal range for your size weight so the BEST way to burn calories is to simply do a little more of what you ALREADY do which is difficult for you - that is - if you cut out sugars on Tuesdays, cut them out on Wednesdays also -

If you walk every other night - walk every other night for six nights then walk two in a row -

If you snack at midnight - move it up to 10:00 pm - it's just common sense and going at a pace resistant to becoming obsessed -

Please remember - you are at a transitional time in your life and many things (taking on a job - first boyfriends - going off to college - anticipating all these thing) many things will affect your weight!.

Actually - looking back it's FUN to see how much we all worried about what really was SO not an issue -

jump rope I prefer running and listening to music!.

anything over 30 minutes is gold!. I do about an hour to 2!. so I would say all of those are great try em all if you have the time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Jump rope is great aerobic exercise!. If you skip for 5 minutes you are doing good!. My aerobics instructor said the best exercise is jumping lunges (which looked very difficult)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
