Getting toned is a good feeling, it makes your clothes fit better and you feel great, my boyfriend and I started this and he lost his beer gut in no time at all!.
I used to have the fattest stomach clothes did not fit and the bulge over jeans, not a good look!.

Well, I use Redken, hair thickening products and they work like a dream!. Buy them at a salon, along with some Fred Fekkai hair thickening pills!.
