i am 18 years old i weight 180 and iam 5'4 iam triying to lose weight can some one tell me what to eat and how should i exercise also when i go in a diet i lose wegith from my legs shoulders and all that but its hard to lose weight from my stomach!.!.!.!.please help me i really want to lose weight because i feel obese!.!.!.!.!. tell me what foods are good and bad!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a lifestyle change calling!.!.!. I am a vegitarian so what I'm recommending cutting out meat and replacing it with whey protein suppliments and a daily mulit vitaimin but feel free to add LEAN meat like "wild caught" fish rich in omega 3 like salmon and skinless lean cut chicken or turkey in your daily meals instead if you just need to eat meat!. Do the following:

When you wake up in the morning do at least one hour of cardio (take a walk/run) and drink a glass of 1 teaspoon metamucil with 8oz of water before you shower!. This cleanses your body of toxic mess and makes you feel GREAT!.

Shower and get ready for your day!.

When preparing food pack it with fiber and whole grain wheats!. Stay away from egg yoks, proccessed foods, and all WHITE bread anything, excess sugar and sodium(salt), and reduce your fat intake!.!.!.BUT YOU MUST EAT!. Your body loves fat so it does crave these things so be strong and just don't do it!. Fiber and whole grain wheats give your body a work out when you eat them because your body must work harder to digest them!. Also go crazy with veggies and negative calorie foods!. Yes, there are foods that contain less calories than it takes your body to burn, like apples and celery!. A apples has 10 calories and your body burns 25 calories digesting it so you actually burn 15 calories just eating a apples!. Look up more negative calorie foods on the internet!.!.THERE ARE ALOT!! Read your nutrition facts labels on the foods you buy!. Make sure that under % daily value that you stay under 10% on total fat!. Keep your sodium and sugar LOW and fiber HIGH but don't worry so much about carbohydrates!. If all the other stuff is in line then the carbs in that food item MUST BE good cards as opposed to bad carbs found in breading and white pastas and such!. Also drink LOTS of water!. Your body is half water and you use it more that you think!. It's puts oxygen in your blood, helps your pee and poo, and it seeps out of you whenever you sweat!. The recommended amount is 64oz but the more active you are the more you'll need!. Just do NOT got over half of your body weight or you may start peeing it all out!. Stay away from creams and relase them with basalmic vinigarette when dressing your foods or if you need that extra kick!.!.!.

For breakfast eat: oatmeal, berries, small amounts of nuts (NOT PEANUTS) drink 1% or less milk or soy milke or rice milk, you should try some of the MorningStar brand breakfast foods in your freezer isle (it's vegitarian but it's ALL healthy and tastes GREAT), have whole grain toast, and I'd recomment the laughing cow brand cheese spread (tastes like cream cheese with only 35 calories in a wedge)

For lunch eat: MAKE THIS YOUR BIGGEST MEAL OF THE DAY!. Eat salad with alot of veggies in it!. Experiment with using kidney beans instead of meat!.!.!.tastes the same!. You can eat some of those lean meats here too and again I'd also recomment anything from MorningStar!.

Snack: eat some thing with negative calories or a banana is a great alternative!. Bananas aren't negative calorie foods but they are pack with GOOD cards and vitamins and they taste great!.

Dinner: small portians of rich protein foods to hold you over the night!. Like sweet potaoes, veggies, and some of those lean meats (I eat meat substitues or tofu)

And hour after you eat dinner do MORE CARDIO!. I like to go in the pool and run around!. I can do it for hours!. Plus it's fun!. It's low impact and the water gives great resistance when you try to sprint!. Tie on some water weights to tone it up too!.

IF YOU ARE HUNGRY AFTER YOU WORK OUT!. Eat a banana and drink more water!. You will feel good about that meal choice and feel FULL!.

Before you go to bed do the metamucil again!.

Go to bed early enough so that you get at least 7hours of sleep!!! This will help your body relaxe and promotes stress reduction!.

You will lose that weight!!! This is my girlfriends diet, she lost on average 10-15 lbs a month!. Totally just over 100 lbs in 8months!. She stays on the diet, eats all the time GOOD FOOD and stays active!. She is 5'6 128lbs!.

Oh, and pick up an outdoor sport like tennis or even golf!. They are not only active and fun they help reduce stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't spot reduce!. Your tummy will go down eventually!.
Eat this:
4 fruits a day
5 vegies
lean meants; fish, chicken, lean beef
eat brown rice
drink water
exercise

do not eat
sugar
corn
junk food ie chips, fast food
soda-even diet-it's bad for you and addicting

If you eat like this you will NEVER have to diet again!. After awhile you'll crave only these foods!. and you'll hate the others!. I used eat crap now I don't even like fast food/soda/junk!.

Start small and work your way up!. Walk at fast pace to where you can barely walk and talk, do that for 30 min a day, this should give you a goal to do 1 mile within 30 min!. If it takes you longer at first, thats okay!. The best stomach exercises, are crunches done on the aerobic ball, and leg lifts holding them for 10 seconds at 90 degree angle!. Chicken, Turkey and lean pork, lots of fruits vegetables water, and calcium!. Change how you eat, and please eat breakfast every morning before 11 am!. I lost 30 lbs in 4 months and lost 6 inches around my waist, I am at a stand still because of medical reasons!. Do it now , or you will get bigger trust me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2!. Don't stop eating carbs!.!.!. but limit them
3!. Do 20 squats, standing lunges, push ups (be sure they're done correctly) turn some fast beat music!.!.!. like hip-hop or rap!.!.!. and dance around for 30 mins a day!.!.!. just constantly keep moving and this will burn calories
4!. Eat 5 meals a day!.!.!. breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, and dinner!.!.!. and then maybe a snack after that
5!. Eat more veggies, fish, fruit, chicken, protein, milk, water, and try and limit carbs, condiments!.!.!. like ranch, mustard, if u have to eat those!.!.!. look for fat free or reduced fat, late night eating, and junk food!.
6!. You're not obese!.!.!. You're beautiful and don't let anyone tell you differently!
7!. Enjoy life and grab a friend to come over and dance around, take walks, swim, bike!.!.!. but doing those with a friend will help keep you motivated and have tons of fun!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost 23 lbs in 2 months!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.by not eating!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. I was 113 lbs and 4 11!. now im 90 and still 4 11!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you should eat 5 meals a day, not big meals, but like a grilled chicken breast or something!. Try the south beach diet!.
