I have less than 2% body fat... Is that even healthy?!

Question: I have less than 2% body fat!.!.!. Is that even healthy!?
I'd like to point out that I've determined this with several body fat calculators and i've re-checked my body measurements several times!. The only possible way the calculator could have screwed up is if it matters that I'm only 14 years old!. If so, is there a teen calculator out there!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a friend, he was also 2% body fat and perfectly healthy!. Some people are just different not one person will be the same as far as weight and body fat % is!. Your still a growing person so you'll fill out eventually, just continue to eat properly, if you workout that will change as you get older too!. If you feel fine, and look fine, you are in good condition!. If your really worried you can see a doctor!.

Crap Hannah i tried to give you a thumbs up but i hit the down by accident im sorry you have good advice!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The fact that you're young can throw the calculators off a bit, but it's still dangerously low!. Your body does need some body fat to function properly!. I would recommend consulting your doctor, as they can tell you whether or not you are at a healthy weight for your age, height, and build!. Also, make sure you are eating healthy and frequently enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

as long as you receive enough nutrients and feel healthy then youre fine!. with such a low body fat percentage your organs are less protected so avoid tussles!. also avoid cold enviornments if you aren't dressed properly!. runners especially have low body fat!. low body fat is fine if you feel okay and are getting nutrition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I ate and ate and ate when I was 14 and could never gain weight until my late teens or early 20's!. I have no doubt, you're as grotestly skinny as I was, but I'm sure your calculations are wrong!. Online body fat calculators are great for calculating your "body mass index", bot body fat percentege is something you need to go have done somewhere with these clips they put on you and measure skin flab!. Don't worry, kiddo, you'll fill out just like I did!.!.!.!.!.!.!.then be fighting to keep it off like I am!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss (it's actually a colon cleanse) and like many others I was skeptical about it!. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural)!. The results were excellent!. I lost about 20 pounds in 2 months with this detox!. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://get-trim!.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $4!.95 shipping and handling!.
Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it's not healthy at all!. You need some fat, to help your body work at it's maximum potential!.

A teen typically would have less fat, once you hit 18-25, BOOM - you'll be far more filled out in a good way!.

Next doc visit, ask them what they think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
