Weight question?

I'm 15 1/2 years old. I'm 5'6 tall, and I weigh 138 lbs. So I was wondering if maybe I should take off maybe 5-10 lbs by exercising more and watching my portion contol? I eat pretty healthy I just have to watch my portions.

And I don't know but everything seems to be settled around my hips.???!!!!! :o :( !

yes by eating smaller portions and eating earlier in the evening ,eat sweets at lunch so you can burn them off, chew your food longer also stop eating when you no longer feel hungry. and never tell yourself your on a diet because the body will say " ohh no " freak out and store all that it can, as for your hips that is where you store your fat cells rather thats where they are more predominant.exercise will tone that. I bet you look great with out the diet.
