Your weight sounds just fine!. Unless you are less than four feet tall!. The only secret to loose weight and keep it off is to eat less calories than you burn on a regular day!. Therefore if you would just eliminate all sugar-sweetened drinks and exercise at least three days a week you should be just fine!. Consult a doctor before you attempt ANY of these loose-it-quick and keep-it-off diets!. Most are very dangerous and you could end up loosing more than just a few pounds!.
