How could i lose over 20 pounds in 7 weeks?!


Question:

How could i lose over 20 pounds in 7 weeks?

5 of those 7 weeks i will be working 5 days a week 8 to 5 and i want to try the time to try to lose those 20 pounds(plus im sixteen years old and very picky eater i hate salad and pasta)

You can lose 2 - 3 lbs a week in a healthy way, with high chance of keeping it off long term. That would be 14 - 21 lbs in 7 wks.

Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet and go for 4 - 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up. Lots of lean meat, fruits and veggies, whole grain products, and plenty of water. No fast food, junk food, fried food, high fat condiments, sweets, etc.

In addition to eating well, exercise at least 1 hour a day at least 5 days a week. Cardio for calorie burning (fat loss) and some strength/toning exercises to firm up any areas that need some toning (maybe abs, arms, legs...whatever you want to tighten).
