Smaller tummy?!


Question: Smaller tummy!?
Okay, so, I'm satisfied with my height and weight, but the lil bit of fat that I have, it all seems to be in my tummy area, any tips (aside from walking - I'm too lazy to do that! lol) on how to get rid of it and how to have a lil bit smaller tummy!? And no I'm not fat! lol I'm like 5'5" and 126 lbs!.

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine!
Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!.
Every week add to the number of repetitions!.
You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only way to get rid of any fat you have on your body is to burn it off!. The only way to do that is to do some type of cardio workout with strength training!. Sorry I know that's not the answer you wanted but it works!. The only other thing you can try is to eat smaller meals and your stomach might look a little bit smaller but it's not a good way to do it!. Try to find some type of cardio you might like!. If you don't like walking try swimming or aerobics!. Just find something that's fun!. Sit-ups will only make a muscle behind the fat!. You need to burn the fat off to see the muscle!. If you don't want to walk, there are some other options such as:

swimming, jogging, running, skipping rope while watching t!.v!.!.!.etc
Or just change your diet and take in less calories!. You will eventually see a change!. Even 5lbs of fat makes a big difference when you are already relatively fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
