Exercising for a full time mom...?

I am a full time mom and dont have the time or money to go to the gym. I dont have much time on my hands to exercise, but I need to do it. Does anyone know any quick good exercise that will help me lose weight off all parts of my body? and can anyone tell me the foods that I should be eating for breakfast lunch and dinner? am i supposed to have 6 small meals a day or 3 meals a day. I hardly eat breakfast and I dont always eat dinner. I need help in the worst way and info will help. THANKS!!!

if u dont have time to exersice then u have to eat right. eat 6 small meals a day. eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up. u have to eat, if your not eating then your body is storing food cuz it going into starvation mode. im sure you can find 15 minutes in the day to workout. my wife works outs and we have 3 kids. she works out with dumbells at home. she works out a different body part everyday. if theres a will theres a way. start with your diet im sure after you see results you will want to add exersice also.
