Question: Losing wieghtt helppp!?
okay if i go to the gym twice a week and eat only fruits vegetables salad meat and a little bit of bread!.!. how long will it take me to lose 10 pounds!?
oh and every time i go to the gym i run 2 - 4 miles :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
