What can this lead to...?

everytime i eat, or before i do, i worry all about how much weight im going to gain and i tell myself that im NOT going to eat at all the next day.

This can lead to a serious form of bulimia and/or other eating disorders. Convincing yourself to NOT eat at all the next day and worrying excessively about your weight and the food you eat can also lead to severe forms of anxiety and/or depression.

To help prevent these serious problems later on, try not to worry about your weight and the food you eat. When eating, concentrate on eating your food and make sure that you savor every bite of every food you eat. Think about how wonderful the food tastes, and take off enjoying your meal from there.

Don't stress yourself! Look into the mirror and repeat to yourself (at least three times or more):
"I am not fat", "I did not gain any weight", or something similar to those phrases. If you repeat it enough for enough days at a time (I would recommend at least a few days), you will convince yourself that you do not gain weight from eating and that you aren't fat. This should help you stop convincing yourself not to eat the next day.
