Losing Weight & gaining energy..?!

Question: Losing Weight & gaining energy!.!.!?
So I'm a 22 year old male and weight 192 lbs!. I'm only 5'6 so as you could see this isn't exactly a healthy weight for me!. I would work out but I NEVER have any energy and I don't know why either!. I have a lot of dormant energy, I'm not sleepy but I don't particularly feel like I have the energy to even take a walk sometimes!. How can I manage to lose weight and gain energy!? I'm a flight attendant so my diet is by no means good!. Could eating so much fast food be causing the energy drain!? I know it is causing my weight gain (I was only 175 a few months ago) Someone help me out here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yep, you definitely need a plan!. Clean up your diet!. Eliminate high fructose corn syrup, juices and hydrogenated oils!. Also your energy levels increase upon exercise!. Even if it's short bursts 15-30min of exercise daily!. 1 cup of water per 15lbs is what you need!. So you're around 12-13 cups of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can motivate yourself to start working out, then your energy will increase!. I feel great on the days that I work out in the morning!. On the days that I skip I feel really run-down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes the diet and exercise program you have effects energy!.
I notice when I eat a large lunch like (burger or bbq) that I am worthless for a while and very tired!. When I eat lighter I have more energy!.

The best thing is to get up and go work out first thing in the morning!. Don't debate or talk yourself out of it!. Just do it!. If you miss in the am then make yourself go in the evening!. no matter how hunger or tired you are!. Even if it is just 20 minutes on a treadmill you will thank yourself for it!. I've gotten to the point now that if I miss the gym for more than 3 days I'm freaking out!. Make it a point to go every other day until you get into a groove!. Over time you will find you feel much better after your workouts than if you just had a cup of coffee!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
