Ugh... just letting everything out, help?!


Question: Ugh!.!.!. just letting everything out, help!?
guys i dont know whats wrong with me!. i have up days and down days!. im confused about everything i do and im never completely satisfied with anything in my life right now!.
even if i am it doesnt last very long!.
im in constant battle about my image!. i have been trying to look good for the past few years but i havent completely started to take much acition towards any of my goals!.
i used to be a full time dancer and i miss it with all my heart, i used to be so fit and in shape and now, im just gaining so much weight because i stopped dancing!. nothing will ever complete the emptyness that i had and nothing can ever take its place!. theres no chance i can dance anymore because of the expenses but just recently i have looked at some picture of myself at a party and i realized how fat im getting!.
i gained 20 pounds!.
its just really weird for me!. im not used to it!. i dont care what anybody thinks!. i want to lose weight drastically!. i was considering of being belimic!. i need to be thinnerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hey girl!. Take it easy!. I understand where you're coming from because I've felt the same way since I graduated high school!. I was involved in something all year-round!. And now, since I sit at a desk all day long, I don't have time to be active!. But here is what has been working for me!.!.

Drink lots of water!. Eat more fruits and veggies with every meal!. For example: Breakfast- a bowl of Wheaties or Speacial K with bananas or strawberries!. Try drinking water with it!. Water has no calories and it will wash everything down! Lunch- Tuna on wheat bread!. Fish has a lot of protein and it's very healthy for you!. Eat some carrots or celery for a side!. Again, drink water!. Dinner- lean means like chicken and fish or occasionally the (lean meat) steak! For sides, again try vegetables like corn, peas, green beans, etc!. If you get a craving for some snacks, again, veggies! Bring a little bag of carrots with you to work!. Or if you're craving something different, shoot for popcorn with no butter or salt!. It's a very low calorie filler!. As for exercise, run for a half hour a day!. Do some crunches and lunges!. If you have access to a swimming pool, use it! It's the best form of workout you can do that targets every muscle in your body!. (I know the whole getting into a bathing suit is hard to fathom, but you'll be in and out of the pool!. And just think, anyone else who is using the pool too, is there for the same reason: get in shape! If all you have is a two piece, go to a Walmart or Target and find a one piece!.
