if you want to lose weight and not risk putting it back on, you need to change your diet permanently!. Basically, make sure you burn more calories than you take in!. Do a little exercise a few times a week and eat responsibly!. No need for some magic diet or pills!. This is the only real healthy way to do it!. Most other diets can provide fast weight loss, but once you switch back to normal the weight quickly comes back!. Also, losing too much weight in a short amount of time is unhealthy!. by cutting out all the rubbish like crisps, takeaways, cakes etc
having 3 balanced meals a day and 2 small snacks of fruit
and excersising for a min of 30 mins a day

also i know it it sounds old fashioned almost but counting calories can help, (just working it out roughly and most packets of food have it on the back)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Getting toned is a good feeling, it makes your clothes fit better and you feel great, my boyfriend and I started this and he lost his beer gut in no time at all!.

just suck it up and start exercising daily!.
that's what i did!.
works for me :) you lose fat while building up muscle, not just weight as you would if you just stopped eating!.
and avoid fat foods
etc

go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food after 7 p!.m!.
