Question: Im only 15 but Im looking to lose some body fot and get more fit!. Any help!?
As in the question, I am a high schooler thats 15 and I'm done with all this extra body fat!. I'm not fat or obese (I'm only 160 pounds, but most is muscle) and my BMI is 2 or 3 points from being obese!. I'm not taking any number into mind, but I have the dreadful love handles and I'm looking to get rid of some fat on my stomach so I can get a six pack going (I feel the muscles but there is the fat in the way from showing) and I'd also like to get some fat off my butt along and some off my legs!. I am an active kid, I swim about two hours on mondays tuesdays and thursdays!. I'm looking for change because I'm sick of looking at myself and not fully happy with who I am, but I'm comfortable, and all I want is a little improvement!.

I'm looking for any type of help!. Any work outs that would help me, anything I could take (other then steroids) to help me by any means is wanted!. Also, any eating advises would help too!. I'm just wanting to get a better appearance going!.

Swimming is great for fat busting!.!.maybe add another day to that, and get into the gym for areobic and resistance training for a day or two to start!. The main thing is to cut out the junk food!.!.watch your intake!.!.just say no to any food other than fruit after 8pm!. Eat a good healthy breakfast!.!.no fry ups, salty eggs n stuff!. Lose the butter use Benacol Lose the cheese, cream n cakes!.!.!.Eat fruit instead!. Watch the red meats, eat fish n chicken (no crispy yummy skin) You're only 15 so if you keep to a strict exersise swim n gym routine and cut out the nasty fatty food you'll look amazing in 6 months!.!.!.

to lower bf you need to do cardio and eat healthy!. you need to have a bf of 10% or less for abs 2 show!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Soccer Boi is right!. - Body fat % needs to be 10% or less for abs!. Almost everyone has some form of abs, just not a lot show because the reccommended bf % is way too high in my opinion!.

Society is too busy cradling kids even when they WANT to lose weight!. I want to lose a few pounds but most adults would tell me I'm perfectly healthy, I am but I want a 6-pack!.

Just start running a bit and do some high-cal burning exercises!. I'm only 125 pounds and I need 3900 calories a day to keep my weight up because I simply add a few exercises each day!.

-Join a sports team
-Do crunches while watching TV
-Get a dog and walk it 3-4 times a day(an active one)
-Walk to and from your house to school
-Stop getting rides to places and walk
-Take up an instrument that requires a lot of movement, drums, guitar, the game Rock Band is definitley a good cal burner!.
-Get a benchpress!.
-Motivate yourself!.
