Answers:
1!. After a workout, once a day the rest of your proteins should come from quality proteins!.

2!. Creatine supplements are athletic aids used to increase high-intensity athletic performance!.

Glutamine is the most abundant naturally occurring, non-essential amino acid in the human body, and the most important in the process of building muscle and gaining strength!.

3!. Protein supplements are best if taken within 45 minutes of workouts!.

Creatine (5 grams) should be taken 45 minutes prior to workouts, except during the loading phase which 5 grams before and 5 grams after workouts is needed!.

Glutamine (10g powder supplement) should be taken before going to bed, then again when waking!.

Hope this all helps, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. You can have protein shakes all throughout the day if you so desire! I personally have a protein supplement (BCAAs) during, before, AND after my workouts!. Whey protein shakes are best after a workout -- your body will not fully digest them if you have it immediately before or during your exercise!.
2!. Yes! Creatine and glutamine are not absolutely necessary, but can definitely help!. I use a BCAA, creatine, and glutamine mixture to help my workouts!. Again, I use a mixture of BCAAs, creatine, and glutamine all before, during, and after a workout!. Creatine gives me a big boost in strength!. I also get lots of naturally-occurring creatine from eating beef, which is a very helpful food if you're looking to get bigger!.
3!. Yes, drink all together!. Again, I recommend having a BCAA supplement as well as whey protein!.

Remember, though: protein powder is not a required supplement while working out!. Try to get as much protein as possible through whole foods, like eggs and beef!. But overall, protein powder is best utilized directly after a workout -- toss two scoops of protein powder into a blender and drink up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best time to take a protein would be after your workout, but the most important thing is to get enough protein, about 0!.5-2g of protein per pound you weigh!. It is extremely useful to use creatine and glutamine!. You should take the creatine 30 prior to a workout on an empty stomach, and you can mix the glutamine in with your post-workout protein shake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein shakes immediately after a workout, and first thing when you wake up !.!. so twice a day

creatine before a workout, and glutamine before bed

you will be a freak like me before you know itWww@Answer-Health@Com
