Squats work great!. They are hard on the knees but if you stand in place and just spread your feet apart and do as many reps as you can!. Increase the reps each day if only by one!. The you can use some hand weights to make it a little tougher!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get an exercise step (or two large phone books)!. Stand in front of the step!. Step your right foot on the step!. Now WITHOUT BENDING YOUR LEFT KNEE, move the left foot up on the step next to your right foot that's on the step!. When done correctly you will feel it in your right butt!. Do about 10 (1 rep) times, then switch feet!. Do 2 or 3 sets of reps a day and you will FEEL and see results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hope you're not trying to GAIN weight there!. Bcuz girls with big booties (like me!.!.!.and I HATE it), it's just fat, and once you take off those tight jeans that make it look round, it's just gonna hang there and look DISGUSTING!.
