if i do 150 crunches and walk for 1 hour in the morning will i lose weight and see results in my stomach

yes. it depends on how you do the crunches...
its all about technique. like they say...feel the burn...
also try doing weighted crunches...hold weight behind your head...this will give the same result with less repetition. try using light weight first like 2-3 pounds or 5 pounds. if you can do 10 or 25 pouinds go for it.. i do 10-25 pounds personally.
as for walking..it also depends on how you do it..hard work is the key..dont be afraid to sweat..a lazy walk will not do any good... i can walk around the mall for 2 hours and not have any health benefits...
