You should eat something with carbs within 20 minutes after you workout!. That replaces the glycogen that you lose when you are working out hard!. A piece of fruit is always good!. You can eat anytime you are ready after you workout and that won't affect you negatively at all!.

I may be a dude but I'm gonna give some advice anyway!. I would run 4-6 miles everyday for starters!. After your jog you should do 30-40 reps since you're a girl, of crunches!. Do 50 reps of bicycle movements!. If you don't know what it is it's a crunch whre you put both hands lightly behind you're neck and crunch up making the left elbow touch the right knee and the right elbow touch the left knee!. You are too young to be worrying about your body image!. Just eat healthy, and make sure you excercise, whether it's playing sports, dancing, cheerleading, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
