"Burning More Calories When it is Hot Outside!?

Yes, if your workouts are consistent in length and intensity!.

Sweating is part of your excretion & cooling process and when you work out more body fluids leave including water and electrolytes; increased oxygen uptake & breathing rates are experienced while blood flow through the body works to accommodate the whole process!. As temperatures increase, so too does the rates of these processes based on the increased demands!. The result is increased sweat and quicker fatigue!. If you can work out for the same amount of time under these conditions, you will burn more calories and use more body fat for energy!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

sweating is just a mechanism for your body to cool itself down, it doesn't effect how many calories you burn!. however in the summer when its hot and you are sweating a lot you will loose more weight in water which can be dangerous so you need to rehydrate!. also if you are a very salty sweater you should drink a sports drink that has some sodium in it or something else that contains salt to avoid a dangerous electrolyte imbalance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it should be like that since its like the sauna you heart beats faster to keep ur body tempature in check !.but since most of the time in the summer ur inside with air con its not so ,winter burns more since your body burns fat to keep u warmWww@Answer-Health@Com

honestly it does not matter, people just seem skinnier in the summer because first of all, they dnt wnt 2 look fat in a swimsuit, second they cn actually go outside instead of stayin inside eating all day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its better to work in winter as you need to work more!. but in summer you just lose water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

summer because the heat and your drinking more fluids that keep you away from foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
