You should : Walk alot, Swiming alot, DONOT ear meat or high protein foods and fast foods or do chores!.

practically it is impossible if u hate exercise and also if u are on serious diet then u can become anorexic or suffer from eating disorders!. u can do yoga or dancing to reduce ur weight!. followed by playing games like basketball !.
