A Possible Healthy(?) Answer For The Nibbles?!
Question: A Possible Healthy(!?) Answer For The Nibbles!?
My mate is doing food and nutrition at college!. And whilst I was helping him recently he gave me a pancake with nothing on it-just plain as a mid morning snack!.
He told me that this was a good source of carbohydrate and was good for eating in between meals (moderately) to alleviate the pangs of hunger!?
I have tried this after he told me and it does stop me from having the nibbles!
If I just eat what I do normally and when I do feel a bit peckish I eat one of these pancakes plain nothing on it-then is this a good alternative to eating sometimes junk!?
ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

The nibbles can actually be handled in a safe, healthy way!
I was a horrible snacker for years, but then I identified what kinds of tastes I was actually craving and found a healthy substitution!. For example, I stocked my house with fat-free pretzels instead of potato chips and Hershey's kisses instead of candy bars!. I also started eating small meals every 2-3 hours, which prevented me from getting too hungry!.
In 7 months, I've lost 30 pounds, and I'm in the best shape of my life!. I've overcome my eating disorder (anorexia) and I feel amazing!. Don't focus on eliminating the nibbles completely, just focus on substituting your bad munchies with good ones!.
Hope this helps! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
