no, a meal is a combination of protein, carbs and fiber, so a sandwich would count as a meal, a light salad (pasta based with prawns for example) would count as another meal, a milkshake itself would count as a meal, fruit and yoghurt would count as a meal!.!.!.

I cannot imagine even the largest person eating 5 meals a day!.!.!.maybe a few large portions!.!.!.two small/average meals does me, with a bit of fruit in between!.!.!.and I'm still not a slender person!. I just eat when I am hungry but mainly I eat 3 meals a day, breakfast, tea and supper, breakfast and tea are usuly bigger meals and the supper bieng medium like chips or a smal burger or a packet of chrisps, I would like to eat more but I don;t get up eary enoughWww@Answer-Health@Com
