Answers:
Cause: Low blood pressure and low blood sugar, resulting from insufficient food in the morning and afternoon!. Also dehydration!.
Solution: Add two bananas to your breakfast and try to drink an extra litre of water (slowly) throughout the day!.
Why!? You're trying to do too much on too little food, and the result will be that your body will start to metabolise the muscle back into energy to consume, because it's faster to use up muscle than fat!. Unless you put some balance back, you body will panic itself into eating up all your muscle and laying down as much fat as it can!. Having two extra bananas will encourage the body to consume the fat rather than the muscle, and will avoid your dizzy spells and possible fainting and blackouts!.
Also get checked out in case you have general low blood pressure - this can be a hassle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like low blood pressure is causing your dizziness!. I have the same problem and didn't realize it until I started teaching aerobics!.

Consult your doctor to see if you need to have your BP regulated with medication!. If you don't, then the only thing you can do is be aware of it; during your workouts monitor your pulse rate closely so you are not hitting the red zone, and get up slowly if any part of your workout requires you to get on the floor (abs, stretching, etc)!.

Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color!. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix not geritol!. It will take a month to see a difference!. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores oh and pale mucous membranes in lower eyelid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I see your breakfast lacks variety, you are not providing your body with all the nutrients it needs to keep up with your routine!.!.!.

Do you take a multivitamin supplement!?

It would help to know when you feel dizzy, is it after aerobics, or after walking to college!?

Also, are you hydrating your body while exercising!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you're doing wrong is that you are horribly mistaken about your "healthy" diet!. You aren't eating anywhere near enough!. That is why you're getting dizzy!.

Eat more!. With your activity level you should be taking in around 2000 calories per day, which you are clearly nowhere near!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you had your blood pressure checked!. A few years ago I had more or less the same problem - I would get dizzy (light headed) after exercise!. I later found out my blood pressure was high and after being put on mediaction the problems stopped!. Maybe worth getting it checked just to rule out something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is NOT a healthy breakfast, no wonder you're dizzy! You need toast or porridge or something substantial, and plenty of liquid like water or juice!

What are you doing wrong!? You're starving yourself, that's what you're doing wrong!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

This could be something to do with your blood pressure, pop along to your GP to have this checked, if this is normal you can at least discuss this with him/her and find an answerWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may have low blood pressure, you should check with your doctor!. Also maybe eat a little more protein!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have to agree that your diet is very inadequate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

isn't doesn't look a lot, why not try some energy drinks be careful of the sugar though because some are loaded with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not used to it yet!Www@Answer-Health@Com

are you drinking enough water you could be dehydratedWww@Answer-Health@Com

You are eating way too many carbs!. Everything you mentioned is carbs!. That is causing problems with your adrenal glands and that is why you are getting dizzy!. Most likely you also are not drinking enough water!. Take your total body weight and divide by 2!. That number is the number of ounces you need each day!.

Drinking coffee will dehydrate you!. Each ounce of coffee, tea, fruit juices, alcohol, sodas, all dehydrate you!. Multiply the number of ounces in any of those by 1!.5 and that is how much additional water you need to compensate for the loss!.

If you don't eat fat, your endocrine system is not going to work well and the adrenal glands are part of that system!. The body cannot make endocrine hormones if it is deficient in fat!.

DO NOT EAT ANY vegetable oils!. Those are terrible for the body and generate lots of inflammation due to high omega 6 fatty acids, weak double bonds that turn the oils into trans fats inside your body, are usually rancid when you buy them!.

Start eating lots of real butter made from RAW CREAM and coconut oil!. The butter contains lots of butyric acid that nourishes your large intestinal cells, and the coconut oil contains lots of lauric acid that up regulates your thyroid gland (that is part of your endocrine system)!.

The medium chain fatty acids from butter and coconut oil do NOT require bile to break them down in your body!. They are sources of immediate energy, almost like carbs!.

I suggest you buy two books!. These books will give you an incite into what to eat that will help you through life: "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon & Mary G!. Enig, Ph!.D!., and "Life Without Bread" by Christian Allan, Ph!.D!.

good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First I don't see much in the way of iron in your diet so that coul be an issue!. Taking a multivitamin with iron each day may help!. Second, how much water do you drink each day!? The average person should drink at least 64oz of water each day, more if you work out!. Cold water is absorbed more easily by the body!. Don't drink all of the water at one time either!. The body can only absorb 8 oz of water per hour from the GI tract!. So spread out your consumption throughout the day!. After doing this for a few days, your symptoms should improve!. If not, go see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds to me like you aren't actually eating enough!. You sound like you are becoming dehydrated because your body does not have enough "fuel" to run on!. Try also to drink more water and try to cut out the coffee because it contains a lot of caffeine which will give you a short burst of energy but then you will crash!. Also, check to see if your urine is more yellow or clear- if it's yellow you are drinking sugary drinks or something that will turn it yellow like asparagus; which means your somewhat dehydrated!. Clear urine means you have been drinking a lot of water or something low in sugar which will keep you hydrated!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
