Question: How to get down from a size 8, to a size 6!? (UK)!?
I already exercise my butt off, and eat 100% healthy (no junk food, soda, fried food etc, and only eat fruit, veg, chicken and turkey!. and wholemeal rice/pasta)!.
What else can i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
rice and pasta is pretty fattening, try to avoid carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whoa dont even go there! If you are already eating a healthy diet and exercising to keep fit, you're prob already at a slim enough size/weight! Dont push your body any further, you may think it will make you more attractive or confidant, but you will look ill!. Or even worse, people may think you're anorexic, and thats not a nice place to be in!.

personally, I'd rather be a size 10-12 and have healthy curves then a size 6-8 and have to find clothes that make my body more of womanly figure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are already doing all that, you are meant to be the size you are at and no smaller!.

If you're eating healthy and exercising properly you must have a body any self respecting man would want to hold, and any woman with a jealous streak to call you a cow!. Frankly, you must already be gorgeously shaped!.

Why on earth would you want to get to being a size six bag of bones!? My mate used to go out with a tiny little thin lass!. Very pretty she was too!. But the phrase he used, and I apologise if anyone finds this distasteful (he can be slightly distasteful on occasions), was the following!.

'Sleeping with her was like shagging a toast rack!.'

I know I haven't answered your question, but I don't honestly see any way you can be smaller than you already are without damaging your body by eating a less than natural diet i!.e!. missing out certain food groups!.!.!. and I get the impression that you are somewhat brighter than that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you are under 5'3" in height, you don't want to drop below a size 8!.
If you are doing this to look like those celebrities who have achieved a size 6 or less, perhaps you should also look at what the press say about them being that thin! It's not very flattering, and certainly not something to aspire to!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

She is right!.

If you really do want to slim right down - go on an Adam and Eve diet (nuts, water, fruit and veg) for a while!.

Im not qualified to give health advice but I imagine that striping right down to the basics is the best way to rid of unhealthy fat!.

Though why any grown woman would want to wither away to a child-like size 6 is beyond me!

all the best tho - I hope it makes you happy!.

errrrrr don't bother!. if you are eating healthily and exercising and you can't seem to shift those extra pounds, you body has reached it's ideal!.
further is this really all worth it!? why not enjoy being the size you are naturally meant to be rather than obsessing over weight loss!?
get a hobby or something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why on earth would you want to get down to a size 6!. You will lose your curves and find it hard to get clothes to fit properly!. I think you have an eating disorder (or you are a troll)Www@Answer-Health@Com

maybe u are not meant to be a 6!. a size 8 is great and if you exercise loads then i'm sure u have a lovely figure anyway!. just be content with what you have!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unless you're 4 ft tall, you should be aiming to be a size 10 rather than a size 6!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you reached your ideal weight already, why go further!? What is your BMI!? If you really want to get even lighter, ask a dietician for advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

size 6!.!.!? why!? you'll just look to skinny and ill!.

Slim but curvy hun not boney thats just nasty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
