Question: Plz help!!!!!!!?
im 13 and i think im fat and weigh about 115 pounds!.!. i kinda have a big stomach but i have scince like everrrr!.!. is it going to go away or should i try to go on a diet!.!.!. what can i do or eat to lose weight!? (also!.!.do you think im fat!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com

for 13, your only a little over weight!. This may be because im skiny, but im 12 olmost 13 and im only 78 pounds!. The adverage/normal weight of a 13 year old is 85-95lbs so your not that much over!. your ok[= you dont have to go on a diet!.!.!.just excersise a little everyday!. by your discription- no your not fat!. i was just the same way like two years ago!. do notttt diet!. its unhealthy for a 13 yr old!. just start eating healthier and maybe take up a sport!. which by the way will earn you a ton of new friends!. i'm glad i did!. i'm in shape now, eat way better than before (apples instead of chips now :]), and i have discovered new best friends!.

suggestions on food: just lay off all the sugary stuff like candy and soda!. subsitute celery and peanut butter for chips and salsa!. dont get me wrong, i love eating junk food, but after eating healthier stuff you feel way more better!. you have more energy, allowing you to be active for sports!.

i'm sure your not fat or overweight!. just make sure you eat less sweets is all!. its normal! don't be like one of those psycho bulimic/anorexic girls who watch their calorie and carb intake at such a young age! enjoy life!

if you still think your pudgy or fat, just eat less sweets and when you wanna have some chocolate or ice cream, grab some fresh strawberries instead :) yum!

idk cuz im not look ing at u right now but well NO dont go on a diet is the worst thing just learn how to saty moving and active have fun u can play active games and sakte express ur self but diets r bad cuz then after the 2 weeks of ur dietig ull eat more cuz u really wanted that pice of candy or,ect,and ull gain more weight

No one will be able to say if you are overweight or not, because we don't know how tall you are, but I doubt it!. I weighed 115lbs!. when I was fifteen and was skinny as a rail!.

As for what to eat, you should eat your fruits and veggies, choose whole grain carbs instead of white, and go light on the animal meat!. Eat several small meals a day instead of 3 large meals and don't eat after six, if possible!. Exercise paired with a good diet should do the trick!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

How can we know if your fat if you didnt give us a weight ur prob obese but that can change thru a diet since your growing and so are your hormone i would not go on a ral diet i would cut out junk food ,no white flower and smaller portions that should do it,

u should look into that!.
stick to doing things for ur stomach like sit ups and crunches and stuff!. i wouldnt suggest going on a diet!. and DONT skip meals!. this is the age where ur growing so you need ALL your vitamins and minerals and stuff like that!.

I bet if you just eat healthy foods, that belly will go away!. Eat every three hours so you aren't hungry and tempted to grab the Chito's!. Eat breakfast with a small snack 3 hrs later, then eat lunch, with a snack 3 hrs later, then eat dinner!. All meals are healthy, and bye bye belly!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you are not fat!. I am 14 years old, and only 80 pounds!. I wish i was close to your weight! You do not need to go on a diet!. try to loose more fat and calories than you eat each day!. this will help you loose weight and a bit of fat also!. worked for me and there is no dieteting style!. eat what you want but try to loose more calories and fat than you take in each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how tall you are!. Yes, you can almost always shead some pounds at your age!. Try doing crunches every night before you go to bed!. That should help your big stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
