Answers:
If you add water to porridge made with milk, the calorie count couldn't get higher because water has zero calories!.!.!.absorbing more or less doesn't matter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calories would be added with the milk because milk has calories!. Calories wouldn't be added with water because water doesn't have calories!. It doesn't matter which the oats absorbs more, it's just the fact that water doesn't have calories, so it doesn't change the amount of calories in the porridge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it doesnt matter how much they absorb there is still the same amount of "oat" there whether its bigger or smaller!. Milk contains its own calories so using milk for your porridge will increase your calorie consumption over using water!. My advice is to use fat free milkWww@Answer-Health@Com

What difference would it make what the oats absorb!? You're *eating* the oats, so you're eating everything they absorb as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure that I understand your question, but I think that the calorie amount would stay the same because water has no calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only the oats and milk have calories, adding or not adding water will make no difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
