Question:

Flipping my life as a healthier lifestyle (positive)?

I want my eating lifestyle to change.

It seems like the more healthier I eat, the more happier I am and the more better I feel about my body.

I want to lose twenty pounds in around a month. Everytime I have a healther lifestyle, I lose around 5 pounds a week, just by eating healthier and excersizing a few hours a day.

I was wondering if you guys can give me any tips so I wont just STOP this "healthier lifestyle routine" Any tips or advice?

Oh, and the reason why I say "healthier lifestyle" is because the word DIET, is a death word haha :)

I am trying to do the same thing for the same reason I also shy away from diet - diets are temporary and they always flop - lifestyles you changing the way you look at something. I am not even close to being even a little overweight but you would surpried how much flab you can pack onto a thinner package. I want to start now so when I get older I will be healthy and I will have good habits

my advice would be not to be too strict - on peice of chocolate is better that binging on a tub of ice cream. Smaller portions tend to work for me. and I know you know the rest........
