Question: Any suggestions on how to improve flexibility!?
I'm in reasonable shape but i'm not very flexiable any suggestions how i can improve!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pilates and Yoga - they are both fantastic!. Aswell as imrproving my flexability, they have also helped my core strength!.
See if there are any classes near to you - my Gym does them!. If not there are some great DVD's out there!.

resistance pilates, normal pilates, yoga, PNF training, kick boxing, capoeira, kung fu!.

You can learnt ballet as you need to scretch you body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah stretch your muscles, or go do pilates or yoga!. It is very good for you and you will at the same time work out your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
