When you gain muscle do you gain or lose weight?
I know this is a stupid question.
I am just wondering.
Answers:
You gain weight, but if you're exercising well, you should be constantly losing and gaining weight because you gain muscle weight and lose the fat weight. don't worry about gaining little bits of weight. muscle weighs more than fat. for an average person for every 2 pounds of fat, he/she has 5 pounds of muscle.
