Question: I'm scared to exercise publicly, what can I do!?
Especially swimming!. I'm fat ugly and have stretch marks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't be scared!. Everyone's so into their own thing that they won't really care that you are fat or anything!.

You should feel proud that you are taking care of yourself and doing something great for your body! :-)

If you want to exercise at home, you can pop in some walking exercise DVDs!. Or, you could wake up early in the morning and exercise or go swimming when it is less crowded!.

Never be scared to exercise publicly!. Many people out there exercising are very self-concious about their own body!. So don't sweat it! (No pun intended, lol)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Right off the top here, you must stop talking negative to yourself!. I used to be 240lbs and am now 145lbs!.!.!.I had to change my thinking in order for this to happen!.

Anyhow, would it help if you chose times to exercise when there are fewer people around!? I used to ride my bike late at night, walked then too!. Or very early in the morning before the crowds arrive!. Also, if possible, you could join a gym where you would be in company of others doing the same as you!. My gym is a ladies only gym & many heavier ladies choose to work with the fitness consultants who help them feel less negative while getting active!. There is the treadmill, lots of stuff!. And if you meet up with another person who is similar to you then there is a workout partner!.

If you ever get a chance, there is a fellow named Dr!. Wayne Dyer, who writes on our thinking and how it helps control us!. One pocketbook he has is "Pulling Your Own Strings"!. Any books like this will help reach inside yourself to meet up with the negative thoughts in order to work on changing them:) They are powerful !.!.!. negative or positive !.!.!. for you, you're ready for positive:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have recently lost 130 pounds in the last year in a half!. I lost it mostly by fasting and hiking!. However, I did for a short period of time go to the gym!.!.!. I was 'embarrassed' to work out amongst all the 'skinny' people!.!.!.!. but I decided this!.!.!.

1) Hey I paid for the class, why am I going to toss money down the toilet because people 'might' look at me funny!?
2) This is MY BODY and MY HEALTH, am I going to risk dying early or getting diabetes because people 'might' look at me funny!?
3) This is MY BODY fat or skinny and no matter if no one thinks I am attractive!.!.!. MY BODY has had MY BACK from the day I was born!.!.!.!. why would I feel embarrassed by the ONLY person whom has had MY back 100 percent of the time!?!?!?!? How could I disrespect myself and my body that way!?!?!?

If you are overweight!.!.!. it is BECAUSE your body LOVED you enough to store food for YOU!.!.!.

If you have stretch marks!.!.!.!. it is BECAUSE your body LOVED you enough to make room to store the food for YOU!.!.!.

and NO ONE is ugly, except those whom are ugly from WITHIN!.!.!.!.

I say hell with what others think!.!.!. love yourself!.!.!.!. respect yourself!.!.!. and YOU are WORTH it!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
