HAVE to lose 10 pounds..10 points! (picssss!)?!


Question: HAVE to lose 10 pounds!.!.10 points! (picssss!)!?
Well i lost a total of 7 pounds from this one week i have been on my 900-1,000 cal diet and i was very happy!.!.!.but today i binged on like 2,000 cals worth of bread, carbs,!.!.etc!. What should i do to repair the damage i have caused!?
I am willing to work out on the treadmill for as long as it takes!.!.2,3,4,5 hours!? W!.e it takes! I HAVE to burn these 2,000 calories! I did purge it up but i have a HORRIBLE head ache right now!.!.and idk!.!.is it from purging!?
But anyways!.!.am i going to gain back all 7 pounds!? I just can't! i HAVE to lose another 10 pounds by june to get this body

you can't gain back 7 pounds from only 2000 calories, one pound is about 3,500 calories so i think if you go back to 900 a day you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Purging is definitely not a good idea, just stick to the normal methods!. The important things is to try and spread out the food you're eating so you consume something substantial almost every 2 hours!. Increase the food intake if need be!. This will increase your metabolism, and the extra calories will be burned off!. With exercise, you will not only lose fat but build muscle!. Remember, it's not actually your weight you are trying to change, it's your appearance!. And trust me, not even the girl in that picture really looks like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you kidding!.!. binge and Purge!?!?!? That is dangerous!.!.!. If you threw it all up then you dont have any calories to burn off!.!. No you wont gain all 7 pounds back in a day from eating a bunch of bread!.!. You need to find a healthy habit of eating all the time and you need at least 1200 calories!.!.!. 900 clalories a day would do it!. And no you wont gain all 7 pounds back!. To gain one pound you would have to eat 3,500 extra calories!. Just keep up what you are going, drink lots of water and do some cardio today to make up for the binge!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't eat, then your body will always be hungry and will eat away at your muscles!. Also, you will be hungry physically as well!.

Instead of eating a RIDICULOUSLY small amount, you should be eating decent amounts throughout the day!. This will speed up your metabolism!. After your metabolism is fast enough, you can cut some of the calories out while continuing to eat often throughout the day!. You can lose weight consistently throughout two or three weeks this way!. Seriously, it's awesome!.

If you want to be tight like these women, then step away from the treadmill and get yourself to a field!. Run for about a minute, then sprint for about ten seconds!. Do this ten times!. If you aren't about to faint, then you didn't do it right!.

Other than that I recommend a lot of swimming!. That girl in the second picture totally has a swimmer's body!.

Don't purge!. A little junk in the trunk is not half as bad as messed up teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u should never feel hungry and ignore it!.!.!.eat when u are hungry! find foods that u enjoy eating that are healthy! dont eat foods u hate just cuz u think u "should" cuz its the "right" food to eat!.!.!.!.then u will always be motivated to just be healthy!.!.!.not diet!!.!.!.and its ok to eat cakes and chips and other "junk" foods!!! just as long as u dont overindulge! its not like u will gain weight from 1 day of eating all bad or having a piece of cake! it doesnt work like that! enjoy your food and u can EAT WHAT U WANT!!.!.!.i will give u a list of the basic foods and then healthy meals and snacks

-whole grain/wheat breads/pasta/brown rice/oatmeal
-low fat dairy(2% milk, yogurt, low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, low fat cheese)
-lean protein/meats like chicken, turkey, egg whites)
-nuts/seeds!.!.!.peanut butter is VERY healthy if u eat 2 tablespoons and stay within that limit

-frozen fruit with fat free cool whip
