Question: Did I do okay with my diet today!? Pleaseeee help!. easy 10 points!!?
I think i've ate too much today!.
-150 cal piece of banana bread
-1 grapefruit
-200 cal sandiwch-wheat bread, turkey, little mustard
-150 cal pretzels
-45 calorie fruit cup
-100 cal raisins
that is about 750 calories!.

and for dinner I plan on having
2 tacos made with whole wheat small tortilla shells, fat free shredded cheese, and fat free sour cream!.
that would probably make it 1150!. and I wanted tortilla chips with it!.!.!.which would make it probably 1250!.!.which is over my 1200 calorie limit!.
I'm also scared that I may want a snack later which would raise this even more!.!.

i've ran 2!.6 miles and walked 1/2 a mile, 20 minute pilates, 100 crunches, 60 leg lifts, and leg machines at the gym!.

but I still feel so disgusting!.
im 17, 5'5'',!. and 125 pds!.
did I do okay today honestly!? or should i definitely skip the chips and the snack afterwards!.!.

lool u did better than ok, but a little extreme!. the human body- usually an athletic with an intensive workout system- burns around 2300 calories a day exclusive of workouts, these calories are burn merely for the body to be able to carry its day to day functions!.
so it is not necessarily about how many calories u consume aday that determines ur progress!. u need to focus on more important things, like for instince, ur obviously having a good 5-6 meals a day in a healthy way except u focus a lot on certain food groups and neglect others!. therez a low protein intake in ur diet and over the limit fiber and sugar!. even though fruits and other healthy snacks are completely healthy on their own, if ur intake of sugar or carbs or even protein exceeds the body's needs it will eventually turn into fat! so have a variety of food groups with every meal!. also, it a must to have one day off in ur weekly routine and have whatever u've been restricting urself to, to keep ur metabolism up and running!. if ur calorie intake is too low, this will trick ur metabolism into thinking you're starving which will make it shift into starvation mode and start saving fat for energy!. so just eat healhty, keep working out moderately, dont exert urself and have a calorie intake that doest exceed 1500 and u'll be alrite!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you're pushing yourself!. So, in a technical sense you did more than ok, you did great!. But if you find this type of diet isnt working for you; or you didnt feel all that full today, maybe you should try something new!. Something more!.!.!.!.Filling!. First off, how much weight are you trying to lose!? From calculating your BMI (body mass index) you are WELL within normal range!.
You are doing very well with your diet today!. A handful of chips won't hurt you!. And if your snack is something that isn't high in fat or sugar, you should go for it!. You did well with working out today, and you shouldn't feel guilty!.
Make sure you're not depriving yourself of things you want to eat!.!. just make sure you eat them in moderation!. As long as you're not pigging out on bags of junk food, your diet shouldn't be an issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stop obsessing!. You are on the heavier side, but just barely!. You are healthy!.

Eat when you are hungry!. Stop when you are full!. Distract yourself if you feel the need for comfort eating!.

Your body needs 1,200 calories just to function!. Just to stay alive!. Eating less then that, especially repeatedly, is dangerous and can seriously damage your body!. If you exercise like you said you do everyday, you could probably eat over 2,200 calories and still loose weight!. Aim for about 1,800 - 2,000!.

If you still feel disgusting, all the time, and eat compulsively / exercise compulsively / obsessively worry over your weight / count calories, the problem is not with your weight!. See a mental health professional, doctor, or counselor!. You may have anorexia, or another problem that can be solved!.


Exactly how much are you going to benefit by losing weight!? Will it be worth all the worry and distress and pain!?
