It will probably be for a week or so. But we don't have to even do it for the same amount of time if you don't want too! :D


Answers:

My advice would be not to do that. Not eating is bad. You need nutrients in your body. You will have no energy, fatigued, and have a high risk for an eating disorder.

My advice is eat small portions, drink alot of water, and do plenty of cardio to lose weight.

Just don't stop eating.
