Question: Is this a horrible snack for already eating 1200 calories!? (easy 10 points!)!?
ive had 1200 calories today, ran 2!.6 miles, walked 1/2 a mile, 100 crunches, 60 leg lifts, machines at the gym for inner/outer thighs, thighs, quads, butt, legs, and a 20 minute pilates video!.

my 1200 cals consisted of whole wheat foods, protein, fruit, and healthy things!.

i just had a snack of about 11 wheat crisps which is about 100 calorie, and each had a tiny tiny bit of reduced fat peanut butter (it had 12 grams of fat for two tablespoons)!. i also had a lite fruit cup!.

now i feel enormously fat and large!. but i know that will pass once i digest!.!.what i need to know is will i gain weight from these extra calories i had after dinner!?
it was probbly like!.!.!.250 calories im guessing!. i dont know, thats pretty bad though!.

should i run 1 or 2 more miles once i digest more!?
or will i be fine and not gain any weight!?

I think that it is fine!. You ate carbs, that's why you are feeling this way!. It may feel as if you're bloated and fat but it will pass!. You're doing way beyond a normal 17 year old does so you are fine!! Stop worrying about it and take a rest!. You're doing great girl, best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 lb!. = 3,500 calories--in other words, in order to lose a pound/week--you'd have to have a caloric deficit of 3500 calories at the end of the week!.

I tried everything in the book in the USA!. Exercise, excruciating diets that just made me want to eat more!. It was a frigging battle!.

I now weigh 145 and didn't ever have to break a sweat!. I eat pretty much an asian diet, consisting of lots of vegies, use meat for flavor, fish, etc!. I always feel satisfied after a meal!.

American diet is loaded with starch and fat!.

Stop the calorie count and learn to look at the fat content!.

Example!.
How many calories are in a serving of cheese!. Now look at the fat content!. Now look at how much fat you need a day!. Then realize one serving of cheese is one square inch!. I know of no one who eats one square inch and claims that is a serving!. Another example, potato chips!. How many servings is in one of those little bags!. I believe its two!.
I hope you get my point!.

Eating an American diet and trying to keep off the pounds is not easy!. It takes research, and a willingness to change eating habits!.

NOTE:
The Asian food in western restaurants is made for western tastes, high in fat!. You really have to go deep into an Asian community to get real Asian food!.

EDIT:
My girlfriend, 40 years old, 5'3" and weighs 88 pounds and eats like a pig!. She has a very small frame so that helps!. She is nowhere near being anorexic!.

well you figure it like this!.!. they say for a healthy diet that 2000 calories a day is the best!.!. well you figure at 2000 calories a day you should stay at you same body weight, more you will gain weight, and less you will lose it!. i say that the extra 250-300 calories are not going to effect your diet at all!. plus its never bad for one day out of the week to "splurg" and get a few extra calories!. but like the first comment said!.!. if you dont make a habbit of it then you should not notice a difference at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
