Any suggestions for trimming waist line?!

Question: Any suggestions for trimming waist line!?
I spent most of my teen years and adult life around 150-160 pounds!. I started to put weight on about 3 years ago and this January got to about 205 pounds!.

Since I started eating more intelligently and walking everywhere I have dropped down to 189!. I notice my face losing the puffiness and my legs getting tighter!.

The gut doesn't want to leave though!. I am not supposed to do crunches or sit ups because I have a hernia!. I'm just wondering if moderate weight loss will help me lose the gut, or am I just going to have to get used to the fact I'm 35 and not 25!. Damn it!.

I was wearing 32' x 30's until 2 years ago, and I wouldn't mind getting back to that again!. Right now I'm 34' x 30!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
