I was fat as a child but now i grew!. and it's hard for me to lose my man boobs how can i tone my chest!?

What that chick said is the most retarded shi* I ever heard!. Work that chest with bar bell presses or bench press!. Make sure you eat right after you work out!.!.!.you need mad protein after you work out!. You muscles are swoll and pumping blood, feed em with protein!. You are also 15 so you have more growing left!. By 14 I was 6 foot, I stopped at 22 at 6'6'' 195!. Now at 27 I am 225 and find it harder to stay in shape!. Read some more things on-line!. Get a trainer!.

it you want to tone ur chest do bench presses, push ups, lift lighter weights at greater speeds!. if you want to get buff, you should eat lots of protein but i don't think that's necessary if you only want to tone!.

try partying if you wanna tone stuff!. Its fun and you burn a ton of calories just by dancing around!. Even if there is NO party, try crankin up the music and just dance, dancing helps you tone everything (specially legs) because you move everything around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
